Return Policy

PartyHappier accepts returns on non-custom items. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days from the date you receive your order to determine if the item(s) in your order are eligible for a return. 

If it is determined that your item(s) are eligible for a return, you must return the item(s) in original condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items returned in original, unused condition will be replaced or fully refunded to the original payment method, less shipping and handling. Unless the item was damaged or the incorrect item was sent, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. No unapproved returns will be accepted.

I will provide you with a mailing address for return shipping once it is determined that your order is eligible for a return.
