HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All items are made-to-order in my Wisconsin-based studio, so please allow some time for me to handcraft your order! While I strive to ship all orders within 5 business days or less, shipping times may increase during peak times. Please check the scrolling banner at the top of my website for current processing times. Please note that processing time refers to the time it takes me to make your order, and does not include the shipping time. Once shipped, your order will typically take an additional 2-6 business days to arrive, depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me before ordering to ensure I can accommodate your request.

WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE, AND HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

All orders ship via USPS with either Ground Advantage (formerly First Class Package Service) or Priority Mail shipping options. The postal service estimates these mail classes to arrive within 2-5 business days once shipped. If you require a different shipping method, please contact me before ordering.

All orders will include a tracking number that you can use to follow your package's progress. Your tracking number can be found in your shipping confirmation email.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes, I accept returns on non-custom items. While I stand by every item in my shop, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days from the date you receive your order to determine the best course of action. No blind returns will be accepted.

If it is determined that your item is eligible for a return, the item must be returned in original condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items returned in original, unused condition will be replaced or fully refunded to the original payment method, less shipping and handling. Unless the item was damaged or the incorrect item was sent, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

I will provide you with a mailing address for return shipping once it is determined that your order is eligible for a return.

WHAT DO I DO IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?

If you have any questions about or issues with your order, please contact me right away and I will do my best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible!

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOMIZATION?

Whenever possible, I am more than happy to work with you on a custom order! While not everything in my shop is customizable, it never hurts to ask. Please feel free to contact me with any customization requests, and I'll let you know what's possible.

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?

It depends! Some of my products lend themselves better than others to wholesale discounts. Please contact me if you are interested in exploring wholesale, and we can discuss prices along with a minimum order.

CAN I FIND YOUR ITEMS LOCALLY?

Yes! PartyHappier items can be found in a variety of stores and at in-person events. Check out the "Find Us Locally" page to see the latest info about where to find us!
